At Schleich.Org, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
